Unable to scan 2 and 3 character barcodes in CipherLab

Description

This article explains how to resolve issue when mobility scanner unable to scan 2 and 3 character barcodes.
​

Example barcode - A1 or A01 (2 characters, or 3 characters) - won't scan, no error, no beep, nothing happens


But other barcodes, can scan properly. PDF attached under Related Information.

Detail Steps

Current minimum length is 4 characters.

Please change the setting in scanner (android) "ReaderConfig" and test again.

Setting as below:
​ReaderConfig > 1D Symbologies > Code 39 Detail > Minimum Length
​
