Despatch - Quick Scan Status - Track Consignment#

Description

This SubMenu allows a user to add a Consignment Note to an Order and/or to Lookup a Consignment Note number to see which order it belongs to.

Detail Steps

Step 1. To get to the Quick Scan Status - Track Consignment# Submenu follow the steps given in Console - Despatch - Quick Scan Status.


Step 2. Select 1. Track ConNote from Track Consignment# Sub Menu.


Step 3. Scan or Key in Despatch Order Reference (does accept partial number). Go to Step 4.

  • Press Enter key to Exit - Return to Step 2

Step 4. Confirm Correct Order is Scanned.

  • Press ENTER Key to Confirm - Proceed to Step 5.

  • Press ESC key to exit - Return to Step 3.

Step 5. Scan or Key in Consignment Note Number that is to be assigned to Order. Go to Step 6.

  • Press ENTER Key to Exit - Proceed to Step 6.

  • Press . followed by ENTER key to clear/blank out any Consignment Notes that have previously been added to an order - Proceed to Step 6.

Step 6. Review Consignment details that have been added to Order.

  • Press ENTER Key to Exit (this action doesn't undo any changes made in Step 5) - Return to Step 3.

Anything displayed within the ConNote# Field will be added to the selected Order Pack Screen Consignment Note Field (See Image Below).

Detail Steps to perform console Search/Lookup connote

Step 1. To get to the Quick Scan Status - Track Consignment# Submenu follow the steps given in Console - Despatch - Quick Scan Status.


Step 2. Select 2. Search ConNote from Track Consignment# Sub Menu.


Step 3. Scan or Key in Despatch Order Reference (does accept partial number). Go to Step 4.

  • Press Enter key to Exit - Return to Step 2

Step 4. Review Order that Consignment Note Belongs to.

  • Press ENTER Key to exit - Return to Step 3.

  • Press ESC key to exit - Return to Step 3.
