Description

This document explains ALERT "Message: Item is required *** Details: Lines. Item"  that occur and can cause failures when:

  • Invoicing sales orders


Detail Steps

  1. Update/re-type item description in MYOB.

  2. Ensure item name do not contain any special symbol (e.g. brackets, quotation, etc.).

  3. Ensure item name length is not more than 30 characters.

  4. Perform maintenance replication in WMS.

  5. Locate Alert Sale in the Despatch register.

  6. Undo shipped sales (Right-click and select Release Order)to RTP status.

  7. Re-pick, pack, ship and invoice shipped sales to MYOB.


if this still FAILS 

  1. Locate Alert Sale in the Despatch register.

  2. Undo shipped sales (Right-click and select Release Order)to RTP status.

  3. Re-key Sales lines in Order and Update Sale

  4. Re-pick, pack, ship and invoice shipped sales to MYOB.
