Description

This is a critical error (Adjustment Notes and Sales).

This occurs when the using INVENTORIED items - the value of the item Adjustment exceeds the value held in Stock OnHand or when invoicing sales minute amounts of value will be left on a zero qty item in MYOB.

In the instance of sales, the MYOB import routine (nothing to do with the WMS software) is unable to write off the correct amount of stock value left on shelf. It will not be able to be sent over as an invoice, it has to be sent in as an order and manually converted to an invoice in MYOB the item that will be causing it will be one where the item after the sale will have zero on shelf in MYOB.
