This article explains how to resolve the issue when barcode not visible on forms. This issue affects warehouse workflow as they are unable to scan forms.

Datapel Support member to action:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Datapel Systems\Warehouse Management System\Fonts and locate below two fonts.
2. If these two fonts missing or corrupted, please add/replace them
3. Once both fonts added/replaced > right-click > Install
4. Restart WMS and verify forms
