Deleting Mobile Sales Due To Import / Data Entry Errors

Detail Steps

STEP 1.

From WMS Explorer DESPATCH Register click on (Highlight) the incorrect order and the select ‘DISPLAY MANIFEST’

STEP 2.

Click on the Print Icon to obtain a HARDCOPY of the original Sale Advice – use this as the reference for rekeying the order.

STEP 3.

From the MENU select Actions→Release Order(s). WMS will then change the Sale Status to RTP (or NSA).

STEP 4.

On the keyboard, press CTRL+J (Jump to Order)

Press ‘DELETE’ or ‘DEL’ on the keyboard – then click OK.

STEP 5.

Now re-Enter the Mobile Sale into WMS correcting the Input Error(s). Make sure the Order is PICK-PACKED-SHIPPED.
