Detail Steps

When a problem occurs in the transfer of Transactions to MYOB the status will change to ALERT! If this happens some “fault finding” is required.

To help identify the source of any issue relating to MYOB integration the WMS contains a Status Reporter for Connectivity.

The Status Reporter is found in the Tools menu under the Connect option.
