Datapel WMS provides a summarised version of the Payment Terms, which are configured as shown below on the Xero Contact.
This is option sets the Payment Due Date when a new sale or purchase is created within Xero.

It is important to NOTE that ONLY those TERMS options that have been applied to customers will be available in the DATAPEL WMS. If you require additional TERMS options NOT assigned as default to a CONTACT you can create a temporary contact(s), apply the terms, and synchronise the two systems. Once a terms option has been applied it will remain in the Datapel WMS for use against other customers or suppliers – it does not need to be maintained in Xero.
