The following support note describe the Windows regional settings needed for WMS.
Failure to wrong regional settings can cause certain features and functions of the DATAPEL SOLUTION to operate incorrectly or not at all.
Checking the Window regional settings.
Step 1: Start menu and search Control Panel/ Open Control panel
Step 2: Find Region and Language
Step 3: Open Region and Language
Step 4: Check if Region format has been set up as English (Australia)
Step 5: Check if Location has been set up as Australia
Step 6: Check in Format > Additional Settings if currency has been set up as $
It is recommended you restart the server to allow all changes to take effect - but it is not essential.
