This article describes how to add new Sales comments via Sales Order Entry Screen.

This is a Cloud WMS feature and applies to Sales, Quotations and Returns.

Character limits in WMS for Sales Comment ~200.

Detail Steps

  1. Open WMS

  2. Go to Sales Register

  3. Select existing or create new Sales Order

  4. Go to the Comment field

5. Enter a comment in the comment text box field.

6. Click on the plus icon to add a comment.

7. New comments will be added to the comment list for selection.
