The issue is caused when customer cards are imported from WMS into MYOB. Create new card in WMS and even after selecting correct Terms on import to MYOB terms ignored and default to COD. 

This is known MYOB ARL issue and Datapel can only suggest workaround to correct Terms message. 

Applies to WMS 11 edition and Accounts Right Live customers.

Detail Steps

Issue workaround:

  1. Login to MYOB after crating new Customer card in WMS and imported into MYOB
  2. Find Customer Card
  3. Selling Details Tab
  4. Find Customer Terms
  5. Manually select Given number of days, Balance Due days and select OK
  6. Login to WMS
  7. Perform Maintenance replication
  8. Correct Terms should be imported as expected.
