Resolving restricted zone access

Description

This article explains how to resolve the β€œRestricted Zone Access” alert when User Security Profile is corrupt, or a New Access Right has been found.

Please contact Datapel Support for further investigation.

Detail Steps

Datapel Support to action:

  • Ensure the security.xml file is the latest

  • Else merge and replace the latest security.xml to the server (run winmerge app can compare 2 XML files for any difference)

  • Save the file and relaunch WMS

  • Test if the issue persists
