This article explains how to troubleshoot performance-related issues with Cloud WMS.
Troubleshooting involves two steps:
Bandwidth http://speedtest.net testing.
Latency (ping test) testing. You can measure the latency between your computer and a web address with the ping command.
Open a Command Prompt window (CMD) from your Start menu
Run a command like a ping datapel.com

For some users, their bandwidth test might be good, but the latency test is not. This will cause the system to appear slow.
