Description
This article explains how to troubleshoot issue when API connection was closed due to unexpected error.
Detail Steps
1. Login WMS as Superuser.
2. Go to WMS > Tools > Preferences > Replication tab.
3. Tick on option "Replicate Inactive Items".
4. Click on "Record Preferences" to save the settings.
5. Run maintenance replication.
6. Go back to WMS > Tools > Preferences > Replication tab.
7. Untick on option "Replicate Inactive Items".
8. Click on "Record Preferences" to save the setting.
9. Check if items are in WMS. If still having issue, inform Datapel Support that this step was taken but still have the same problem.
