CheckIn and CheckOut options are disabled but the buttons are still visible when using GUI and graphically indistinguishable from the working buttons.

Can they be removed or grayed out?

When native mode is enabled the options don't appear as expected.

For the CheckIn and CheckOut module, when they are disabled in mobility, its GUI buttons are still visible in Velocity GUI menu but will not work.

Any modules/buttons not used will still appear on Velocity screen but will not work OR you can set to have a password attached to them.

On the mobility menu options, they can either be enabled or disabled for all users.
