Set-up Overnight Replication

Summary

When Datapel Cloud WMS is connected to MYOB or Xero, an automatic replication must be configured to ensure that data remains fully synchronised between systems.

This article explains the steps required to set up and manage the replication process.

Steps

A tracker needs to be created along with a JIRA ticket.

The JIRA ticket must be slacked to SC to be completed with the following information.

1. Database name:

(e.g. DPLWMSSQLJBX / DPLWMSSQLHIBISCUS / etc)

2. WMS Superuser login:

3. WMS Superuser password:

4. Replication Time:

(e.g. 2300 / 0130 / 0300 / etc)

5. Replication Timezone:

(e.g. AEST / AWST / NZST)

6. Replication Type:

(e.g. REPLICATE_ALL / INVOICE / CLOSEORDERS / REPLICATE_INVOICE / etc )

** Please note that REPLICATE_BILL always runs before REPLICATE_INVOICE.
