Changing/ Managing Order Status

This document explains how to change/manage Order Status. Order Status can be accessible in Transfer, Sales and Despatch registers.

Detail Steps

  1. Go to Transfer, Sales or Despatch register.

  2. Find and select the Order you want to change status.

  3. Highlight Order.

  4. Right-click and find Set Order Status available selection.

Every company might use different order status as per specific workflow.

For example, Low status might mean Pick last and High might mean Pick first.

Available Order Status:

  • Normal

  • High

  • OnHold

  • Low

5. Select Order Status. Selected Order Status will appear as per below.

  • Order Status set as Low

  • Order Status set as High

  • Order Status set as OnHold

Workflow Restriction

To change Order Status please set as Normal.
