Deleting Mobile Sales Due To Import / Data Entry Errors.
From WMS Explorer DESPATCH Register click on (Highlight) the incorrect order and the select ‘DISPLAY MANIFEST’.
Click on the Print Icon to obtain a HARDCOPY of the original Sale Advice – use this as the reference for rekeying the order.
From the MENU select Actions→Release Order(s). WMS will then change the Sale Status to RTP (or NSA).
On the keyboard, press CTRL+J (Jump to Order).
Press ‘DELETE’ or ‘DEL’ on the keyboard – then click OK.
Now re-Enter the Mobile Sale into WMS correcting the Input Error(s). Make sure the Order is PICK-PACKED-SHIPPED.
