Description
Once you have picked all orders into the box, the next step will be staging and despatch.
A staging area is an area on the floor where you effectively just put the boxes down that you have done.
Workflow options Please note that the steps below are required to perform a typical Despatch Staging Velocity Workflow. You may find your workflow is slightly different. Example, one or two steps missing or order of steps varies. |
Detail Steps
Step 1: Turn on the Velocity and select the option “Despatch” from the Mobility Home.
Step 2: Select Stage and Collect Orders.
Press Main Menu and return to Mobility Home > Step 1.
Step 3: Select Scan/Stage Boxes.
Press Previous Menu button > Return to Step 2.
Step 4: Scan/enter box number.
Scan box number > Go to Step 5.
Enter box number and press the Continue button > Go to Step 5.
Press the Continue button without scanning the box number > Go to Step 3.
Press the Exit button to cancel and return to Step 3.
Re-scan the same box number > Go to Step 8.
Step 5: Scan box to the stage.
Scan box number > Go to Step 5.
Enter box number and press the Continue button > Go to Step 5.
Press the Continue button without scanning box number > Return to 4.
Press the Exit button to cancel and return to Step 4.
Step 6: Scan Area Tag.
Scan area tag > Go to Step 7.
Enter area tag and press Continue button > Go to Step 7.
Press the Continue button without scanning the area tag > Go to Step 7.
Step 7: Staging Complete.
Press the Continue button > Return to Step 4.
Step 8: Already Staged.
Press the Continue button > Return to Step 3.
