Fix error when connection to Datapel has been terminated

Description

This document explains how to check and fix errors when a scanner connects and then terminates.

Detail Steps

  1. Check the KTS log folder.
    ​

  2. Check for any errors during login process - ip is banned.
    ​

  3. Note internal IP BAN.

    To clear - goto IP-BAN folder and remove IP Address file.

  4. Check the KTS.INI file.

  5. Consider IP = 0 or increase the connection count to reduce the chance of IP BANS. Default is 10 - here it was increased to 100.
