Description
This article explains how to resolve scanner Time Out error. After scanner setup on login into the WMS console error message pops "Attempting to acquire a license. Attempting to contact a license server on the local segment of "TIMED OUT".
Detail Steps
1. Ensure that the Host Profile is pointing to the correct server IP address and the correct Type.

If it is still not working, proceed to Step 2 below.

2. Uninstall the Wavelink TE application from the device, then switch off and switch it on again. Then, reinstall the Wavelink TE application. After that, check on the connection host profile that it is the correct server IP address and the Type same with other working devices.
