Description
This document explains on how account code or ID must be specified in Xero.
Detail Steps
1. Log in to Xero, go to Business > Product and services.
2. Verify all the items related to the alert invoice has an account code tagged to Sales account.
3. To verify, look for the item > ensure the item has an account set.

4. If the item didn’t have an account linked, please edit the item and link an account code to sales account.
