Error - No data available when open the IQ database

         This document explains how to reload the data onto Datapel IQ/ QlickView.


Detail Steps

  1. Load Datapel IQ/QlickView.

  2. Select File > Reload.

  3. If system asks for server IP, username and password then retype all information. Note that these information are stored in Registry. Please contact Datapel support for further assistance if needed.

  4. Data will reload.
