Introduction to Datapel iQ Shortcuts
Datapel iQ (powered by QlikView) provides a range of keyboard shortcuts to help power users navigate data sets, manage bookmarks, and generate reports more efficiently. Using these shortcuts can significantly reduce the time spent on manual menu navigation.
File and Print Management
These shortcuts handle the basic document operations within the Datapel iQ environment.

| Ctrl + O | Open File | Opens an existing Datapel iQ document or configuration file. |
| Ctrl + S | Save File | Saves the current configuration to the active file. |
| F12 | Save As | Saves the current configuration under a new file name. |
| Ctrl + P | Opens the standard print dialogue window. | |
| Ctrl + Shift + P | Print to PDF | Directly opens the print dialogue with the PDF printer selected. |
Data and Analysis Shortcuts

Navigation and Selection Controls
These shortcuts help you move through your data history and lock specific filters in place.

| Ctrl + Q | Current Selections | Opens the "Current Selections" box to see all active filters. |
| Shift + ← | Back | Reverts to the previous logical state (undoes last selection). |
| Shift + → | Forward | Moves to the logical state held before a "Back" command. |
| Ctrl + Shift + L | Lock Selections | Locks all current filters so they cannot be accidentally changed. |
| Ctrl + Shift + U | Unlock All | Unlocks all currently locked value selections. |

Pro Tip: Using Shift + Left Arrow is the fastest way to "Undo" a filter selection that didn't yield the results you expected!
