This article refers to whether Cloud WMS can be accessed via various devices on the iOS and Android operating systems. Applies for Cloud WMS.
Detail Steps
The access from tablets and phones is limited to certain devices due to supported keyboard functionality.
There is no additional support for devices that do not currently work. The application does not have a small screen mode meaning that using the application on small screen devices would be quite simply hard to read and operate.
There is no short term plan to implement any phone application as we already provide this via an add on “My Datapel” and “My Account”.
This portal provides access to basic tasks such as entering orders and checking stock levels.
