Description
You can disconnect Cloud.WMS from your Xero Accounting workspace for security or other reasons, alternatively if you are having communication errors between Cloud.WMS and Xero you may need to disconnect then re-connect the two systems.
You are able to do so by disconnecting the App within your Xero Organisation Settings > Connected Apps.
Detail Steps
Choose the Cloud.WMS application listing and select Disconnect.
We generally recommend choosing Other as the reason and welcome any direct feedback prior to selecting from the limited Disconnection Options.
2. Disconnect your Cloud.WMS workspace from your Xero accounting system, Choose the Tools > Health Check option, then select Disconnect from Xero.
